At MNR e-Hub Services, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide transparent, reliable, and high-quality digital and physical services. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or replacements are processed for various service categories.

💻 1. Digital Services (Non-Physical Products)

Digital services include:
PAN / Passport / Startup India Registration, MSME / UDYAM / GST / EPFO Services, Domain & Hosting, Digital Marketing, Recharge & Bill Payments, and other online activations.

Eligibility:

  • Refunds are not applicable once the digital service has been initiated, submitted, or completed, since such services are processed electronically and are non-reversible.

  • In case of technical error, duplicate payment, or failure to deliver the promised service, we will review and issue a refund within 5–7 business days.

Refund Scenarios:

  • Duplicate transaction or multiple payments for the same service.

  • Payment deducted but service not initiated within 48 hours.

  • Rejection from government portal due to technical fault at our end.

Non-Refundable:

  • Incorrect details submitted by the user (e.g., wrong Aadhaar, PAN, or document uploads).

  • Delay caused by third-party or government systems.

  • User cancellation after the process has started.


🪪 2. PVC Card & Printing Services (Physical Products)

Eligibility:

  • Returns or replacements are accepted only for damaged, misprinted, or defective PVC cards received.

  • The customer must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery, along with a clear photo/video proof.

Replacement Policy:

  • We reprint and dispatch the corrected card free of charge after verifying the issue.

  • No replacement or refund for errors in customer-provided data, photo, or layout approval.


🚚 3. Physical Deliveries / Courier Shipments

  • All India home delivery is available through trusted partners.

  • Delivery delays caused by courier networks or regional restrictions are beyond our control, but we assist customers with shipment tracking and updates.

  • In case of non-delivery, we will investigate with the courier partner and issue either a replacement or full refund as per case.


💳 4. Payment Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are credited to the original payment source (UPI, card, or bank transfer) within 5–7 working days after approval.

  • Refunds will be notified via email or WhatsApp confirmation.


⚖️ 5. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided the process or printing has not started.

  • Cancellation requests after initiation are not eligible for refund.

  • For subscription or membership cancellations, pro-rata refunds may apply based on remaining period and service usage.
