Help with DL application, learner licence, renewals and address changes, plus RTO appointment assistance.

MNR Service Fee: ₹299 (Learner / Renewal basic) / ₹499 (New/Full DL support)
How to apply: Book service → Provide identity & address docs + passport photo → MNR prepares application and books RTO slot or guides walk-in → Test booking assistance (if required).
Documents required:

• Proof of identity (Aadhaar, passport)

• Proof of address (utility bill / voter id)

• Passport size photo, Form 1A (if applicable)
  Processing time: 15–45 days depending on RTO and tests.
  Key notes: Driving tests and appointment availability are controlled by RTOs; MNR assists with scheduling.

2) Assistance with vehicle registration transfers, duplicate RC issuance, hypothecation clearance and related RTO services.

MNR Service Fee: ₹499 – ₹1,499 (depending on case complexity)
How to apply: Select service → Upload invoice / sale deed / NOC as applicable → MNR prepares forms (Form 20/21/28 etc.) and files with RTO / assists with inspections.
Documents required:

• Sale invoice / NOC (if transfer)

• Insurance certificate, PUC (if applicable), ID & address proof of owner

• Police FIR for lost RC (for duplicate)
  Processing time: 7–60 days (RTO dependent).
  Key notes: Government registration fees, road tax and NOC charges are additional.
