Documents Required

For New SIM / Porting (Aadhaar-based eKYC):

  • Aadhaar Card (mandatory, with mobile number for OTP/biometric)

  • Passport Size Photo (digital capture at centre also allowed)

  • Existing SIM (for porting, to generate UPC code)

For Corporate/Postpaid Connections:

  • Aadhaar / PAN of applicant

  • Proof of Address (Utility Bill, Rental Agreement, Passport, etc.)

For Online Recharges:

  2. For MNP (Porting):

    • Send SMS: PORT <Your Mobile Number> to 1900 to get UPC code

    • Visit MNR e-Hub with Aadhaar, UPC code, and old SIM

    • Submit documents + pay porting fee & recharge plan

    • Porting completes in 3–5 working days (usually overnight for same circle)
